Isaiah 40:22-24

22 It is He who [a]inhabits above the [b](A)circle of the earth,
And its inhabitants are like (B)grasshoppers;
It is He who (C)stretches out the heavens like a (D)curtain
And spreads them out like a (E)tent to inhabit.
23 It is He who reduces (F)rulers to nothing,
Who (G)makes the [c]judges of the earth utterly formless.
24 [d]Scarcely have they been planted;
[e]Scarcely have they been sown;
[f]Scarcely has their stem taken root in the earth,
But He merely blows on them, and they [g]wither,
And the (H)storm carries them away like stubble.
